Return Policy (Unused Items)
We offer a 15-day return guarantee from the date you receive your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or full refund, subject to the conditions below:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
- Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of receipt.
- Shipping and postage costs are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use will not be accepted.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Return Policy (Used Items)
We understand that in some circumstances a return may be requested after an item has been used. Returns of used items may be accepted at our discretion under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
- Approval Required: You must contact our customer support team and obtain return authorization before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.
- Condition: Items must be returned in good working condition, with original packaging and all components included.
- Damage or Missing Parts: Excessive wear, damage, or missing components may result in additional charges or rejection of the return.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Warranty Policy (Spare Parts Only)
We provide a 6-month warranty on electric ride-on car spare parts, limited to batteries and motors only, starting from the date of delivery or pickup.
Warranty Coverage
- If a covered part (battery or motor) is found to be faulty or non-functional within the warranty period, a replacement spare part will be supplied free of charge.
- If the issue persists after replacement, the item may be eligible for replacement or refund, subject to inspection.
- Any returned item must be sent using a tracked and insured courier service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
- Returned items must be unused, with original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
Battery & Charger Guidelines
- Batteries and chargers must be handled and used correctly.
- Recommended charging time: 8–12 hours to maintain battery health.
- Improper charging or handling may void the warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper use, including but not limited to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic or body damage, including scratches, dents, or cracks incurred during use
- Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or third-party interference
- Lack of maintenance or failure to follow usage instructions
- Any product that has been modified, altered, repaired, or tampered with without prior approval
Manufacturing & Cosmetic Disclaimer
Our ride-on products are manufactured using industry-standard plastic moulding processes. As a result, minor cosmetic marks such as small scuffs, dents, or surface scratches may be present.
These:
- Do not affect performance, durability, or safety
- Are considered normal manufacturing characteristics
- Are not classified as faults
- Are not eligible for returns or warranty claims
Non-Critical & Electrical Features Disclaimer
- Some ride-on vehicles may experience intermittent issues with non-essential features such as radios, music players, USB ports, or horns.
- These features do not affect the driving or safety of the vehicle and are not covered under warranty.
- We are unable to replace every minor or non-critical component.
- If a repair is requested for non-safety-related issues, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Faulty on Arrival (DOA)
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- You must notify us within 3 working days of delivery
- Photographic or video evidence may be required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
