We understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. This policy explains when and how orders may be cancelled.

 

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the order must instead follow our Returns Policy.

 

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible by contacting our customer service team with your order number and details. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation once order processing has begun.

 

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.

 

Orders that include customised items, special orders, pre-orders, or items sourced specifically at the customer’s request may not be eligible for cancellation.

 

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion due to reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues. In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
