Warranty and Return

Fun for Kid typically provides a 6-month limited warranty on motors and batteries for all products, unless stated differently. Please check the product listing for the specific warranty duration.

Should you receive a damaged or faulty item, we ask that you inform Fun for Kid within 7 working days. Along with your report, please provide a comprehensive description and images or a short video clip showcasing the damage. This will assist us in the warranty process. Our customer service team will review the claim and, once approved, will provide further instructions for return, refund, or replacement. Please refrain from attempting to return the item without our prior approval.

To submit a claim, we require a copy of your tax invoice or other proof of purchase from us. You also need to comprehensively describe the issue, provide supporting evidence, and specify whether you are seeking a replacement, repair, refund, or credit.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon. Please note that while refunds are typically processed within 2 working days, your financial institution may take an additional 5 working days to complete the process. We will notify you once the refund has been issued.

Please bear in mind that refunds or replacements will not be provided for products that have been misused, mishandled, or improperly installed. It is the customers’ responsibility to follow the manufacturers’ instructions and advice.

In the event of a product return, the customer must ensure the product is securely repackaged in its original packaging, or as close to it as possible. This is to prevent any issues with courier companies and to avoid further damage to the product during transit.
